Job Overview

• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Meditech
• 2 professional references from within the last 3 years
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check completed before start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance
• HHS/OIG clearance
• Employment application
• Skills checklist

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric experience

Job Responsibilities

• Float to all Med-Surg floors

Pre-Start Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within the required timeframe
• TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• COVID vaccination or declination form
• Flu vaccination documentation or declination form
• Orientation and facility-specific acknowledgments and modules before start
