Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Tech

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Specialty: Interventional Radiology (Radiology / Cardiology)
- Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
- Call Requirement: 2 nights per week with 30-minute callback
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Daily Caseload: Approximately 15 cases per tech
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty
- First-time Travelers: Accepted
- Local Candidates: Not accepted if living within 50 miles of the facility
- License: Active Indiana state license required prior to start (pending licenses accepted if active before start)
- Special Requirements:
- Maintain sterile environment assisting radiologists in minimally invasive procedures
- Rotate call with 30-minute callback response time

Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the last year
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is not required for this position.
- Candidates must be able to maintain sterile technique and assist in minimally invasive procedures.
- Call rotation requires availability for 2 nights per week with a 30-minute callback response time.
- Locals within 50 miles are not eligible for this travel assignment.
This position is ideal for Interventional Radiology Technologists with at least 1 year of experience seeking a travel contract in a Level III trauma acute care setting.
