Job Description

• Position in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Weekend shifts required; may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
• Holiday time off requests submitted as preferences
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
• Float requirement: May need to float to Mother-Baby unit
• Open to block scheduling at manager's discretion
• No on-call required
• Guaranteed hours with possibility of one call-off per two-week pay period

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 2 years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
