Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Auburn, New York
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on CT experience required.
• Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; weekends as needed.
• Local candidates accepted.

Required Certifications

• ARRT (CT) Certification (must be active at time of submission)
• BLS Certification (AHA)

Required Licenses

• New York State License for Radiologic Technologist (CT Tech)

Compliance & Training

• All facility-required compliance items, including CEUs and pre-start training modules, must be completed prior to the start date.
• Compliance must be fully submitted by Tuesday at noon the week prior to the start date; failure to meet this deadline will delay the start date.

Additional Requirements

• Background check within 1 year covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required prior to start.
• Physical exam completed within 12 months prior to start, signed by a licensed provider, confirming ability to perform job duties.
• Fit test within 12 months prior to start, updated annually.
• Immunizations and health screenings required:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within last 10 years or declination)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray as applicable
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella immunity verification
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season
  • COVID vaccine records or declination
• 9 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start.

Documentation & Compliance Acknowledgements

• Candidates must review and sign facility-specific documents including Code of Conduct, Patient Abuse Reporting, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, Orientation Packet, and Automated Dispensing Cabinet Security (for applicable roles).
• Annual Tuberculosis Screening Questionnaire required.
• National certification/verification prior to start and upon expiration.

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• ARRT (CT) Certification (active at time of submission)

• Minimum 1 year of recent, hands-on CT Technologist experience within the last year
