Job Opportunity: Dietetic Technician

Job Description
- Operate CBORD system to generate and manage meal tickets for patients.
- Separate and highlight meal tickets for patients with special dietary needs (e.g., allergies, intolerances).
- Order menu items and generate reports for production staff.
- Participate in menu review, meal accuracy checks, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure meals comply with therapeutic diet orders and facility standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
- Assist Dietitians with nutritional screenings and data collection.
- Support nutrition care plan implementation under Dietitian supervision.
- Monitor patient food intake, tolerance, and adherence to prescribed diets.
- Communicate patient concerns or changes to the Dietitian or clinical team.
- Provide basic nutrition education to patients and families as delegated.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dietetic Technician, with experience within the last year.
