Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Opportunity

Job Details

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room (ER)
• Travel Experience: Must have prior travel nursing experience (no exceptions)

Required Certifications

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during shifts)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Residency Declaration Form (if working on a compact license)
• Background Checks:

  • 7-year criminal background check (updated annually) covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check (updated every contract renewal)
  • HHS/OIG check (updated every contract renewal)
  • Missouri-specific background searches (MO EDL and MO FCSR for LTC placements)
• State License Verification (Primary Source Verification)
• NURSYS Verification (for all RNs)
• Drug Screening: 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months (instant acceptable)
• Physical Exam: Initial and annual updates attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Immunizations and Titers:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Rubeola (Measles) - titer or 2 vaccines
  • Mumps - titer or 2 vaccines
  • Rubella - titer or 2 vaccines
  • Hepatitis B - titer, vaccine series, or declination
  • Varicella - titer or 2 vaccines
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination or Declination/Exemption (required by November 1)
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Must be fully vaccinated at this location; exemptions allowed with facility-specific forms

Orientation & Competency

• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
• Competency Exams (Core Parts I, II, III) or signed HIPAA form for subcontractors
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
