Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Tech to join the team. Enjoy the beauty and adventure of Montana and Big Sky/Yellowstone country on your days off.

Required Experience

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated, assume minimum 1+ year experience in Cath Lab or related Radiology/Cardiology specialty (default to higher if conflicting info found)

Certifications & Licenses Required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA only, required for Cath Lab
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only
• State License: Montana State License required within 30 days of start (temp licenses NOT accepted)
• Tech Certification: National certification required for Radiology Tech (ARRT for Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology)
• Other certifications may be required depending on specific duties

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year background check required within 30 days of start; must renew annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest level completed
• Employment application covering 7 years of employment with explanations for gaps >30 days
• References: 2 references required, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year

Health & Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, stating good health and ability to perform job duties
• Quantitative fit test with 3M mask within 90 days prior to start (annual renewal required)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray, renewed annually
• Immunizations or proof of immunity required for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years or signed declination
• Negative drug screen within 30 days of start, renewed annually
• Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (Oct 31 - Mar 31), with exemptions accepted
• COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption required

Additional Notes

• Must have current and valid driver’s license, government photo ID, or passport
• Skills checklist and work history verification may be required
• Employment verification preferred for last 5 years
• OSHA form required for onsite fit testing
