Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Department: Respiratory
• Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate of Science Degree or higher
• Licensure: Current Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri and registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care
• Specialty Experience: Not explicitly stated; default to standard RRT experience expectations

Certifications & Competencies

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA accepted (Instructor, Provider, or RQI)

• Drug testing: 9-panel including marijuana within 30 days of start, renewed annually
• Physical exam and health documents including:

  • Fit mask test (3M N95 or PAPR) within 1 year of start, renewed annually
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Immunizations or titers for Measles, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B (or declination)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved declination
• Color blindness testing required for all travelers
• References: 2 supervisor-level references required, at least one within 1 year of start
