Virginia license must be obtained
BLS certification, if applicable; must be AHA
National certification/verification required within 30 days of start, as applicable by profession and state
Mammography Techs must have Mammography credential on ARRT
Evidence of 15 mammography-specific CEUs within the last 3 years
Evidence of 200 mammograms performed within the last 24 months
Evidence of initial training showing 40 hours of mammography-specific training and 25 supervised exams
Government-issued photo ID
