ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Basic Dysrhythmia Exam required for Tele and MS/Tele RNs
All RN candidates must complete a unit-specific competency exam
All RN candidates must complete a medication/calculation exam
All RN candidates must complete an infection control/bloodborne pathogens exam
All RN candidates must complete continuing education documentation from the last 24 months
All RN candidates must sign the confidentiality agreement within 72 hours of signing
All RN candidates must review the epidural pain policy prior to start
All RN candidates must review the traveler acknowledgment documents prior to start
All RN candidates must review the sexual violence and sexual harassment policy
All RN candidates must review the standard of care: skin care packet and sign the attestation
All RN candidates must complete the physical exam, fit mask testing, TB screening, Tdap, MMR immunity documentation, varicella immunity documentation, hepatitis B documentation, hepatitis C documentation, and flu vaccination or declination requirements before start
