Emergency Department RN MID Shift

Location: Long Beach, California Contract Length: 3 months Employment Type: Travel/Contract Schedule: 3x12-hour MID shifts (1100-2300), 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week Weekends: Yes, per department needs Floating: No On-call: No Time Off: Pre-approved time off is at the manager's discretion and must be included at time of submission.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2.5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Experience working with Level 2 trauma patients
Experience in a large hospital setting
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or RQI
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or RQI
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
