Location: Olney, Maryland Specialty: Registered Nurse Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date Options: 12/15 (no off-cycle orientation)

Schedule and Shift

Evening, 3x12 hours (12 hours/day, 36 hours/week)
Shift time: 1900–0730 per the description (the shift field lists 13:00–1:00, so confirm the correct hours)
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required
On call: none

Department

Emergency Department (ER), multi-function: Geriatric, Pediatric, and Psych ED
Must be comfortable working in all areas

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maryland
Emergency Department (ED) experience: 2 years
Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Driver's license
Experience with TNK administration
Stroke experience
Experience with Cerner
