Job Overview: Radiology / Cardiology Position

Job Description

• Schedule: 3x12s, 11 AM - 11:30 PM
• Experience Required: 1-2 years
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT(CT) required; must obtain Ohio license prior to start
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA Only, Instructor or Provider; RQI acceptable)
  • Tech Cert Verification - National (ARRT CT credentials required for CT Techs)
• Work Environment:

  • No call required
  • Blocked scheduling; weekends included
  • Open to 10 or 12 hour shifts
  • Working with GE Evo64 slice units

Additional Requirements

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Must include an assessment of capability to perform job functions.
• Fit Mask: Required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
• Vaccinations:

  • Tdap vaccine every 10 years
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 6 months of start
  • 2 MMR Vaccines or Positive Titer
  • Hepatitis B Titer, Series, or Declination
  • 2 Varicella Vaccines or Positive Titer
• Drug Testing: 10 Panel Drug Screen + Nicotine, updated annually.
• Flu Documentation: Required for current candidates by October 31, 2024.

Certifications

• State License Verification: Required prior to start.
• Competency Exam: Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, updated annually.
• Background Check: Required prior to start, updated for breaks in service of 2 or more months.

References

• References: 2 references required within a year of start from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director.

• Employment Application: Must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting.
