Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent South Carolina license immediately; compact license alone is not sufficient.
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this therapy provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• If previous travel or permanent/PRN work was more than one year ago, eligibility for rehire must be confirmed.
• 32 hours guaranteed work week during holiday weeks.
• Equipment details and dress code will be provided on the first day.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina

Additional Information

• On-call duties are not required.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
• 30-day notice period.
• Credentialing requirements include contract quality assurance.
