Job Description
- Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
- Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent South Carolina license immediately; compact license alone is not sufficient.
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this therapy provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
- If previous travel or permanent/PRN work was more than one year ago, eligibility for rehire must be confirmed.
- 32 hours guaranteed work week during holiday weeks.
- Equipment details and dress code will be provided on the first day.
- Parking will be provided on the first day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
Additional Information
- On-call duties are not required.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x.
- 30-day notice period.
- Credentialing requirements include contract quality assurance.
