Location: Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Contract Length: 27 weeks (approximately 6 months)

Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent South Carolina license immediately; compact license alone is not sufficient.
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• Previous traveler or perm/PRN work history older than one year requires eligibility verification.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview.
• Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day.
• 32 hours guaranteed work week during holiday weeks.
• 40 hours guaranteed work week during regular weeks.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
• No on-call required.
• 30-day notice required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in South Carolina

Additional Information

• Credentialing requires contract quality assurance.
• Billing cycle is weekly.
