Job Opportunity: EP Lab Technician (Travel)

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Days, 4x10 hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed (except holidays when unit is closed)
Float: Potential to float between two campuses based on census
On Call: One weekend every three weeks (Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) with 60-minute response time; no overnight call but may work late 30-35% of the time
Weekend/Holiday: Coverage every 3rd weekend/holiday as scheduled

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of EP Lab Technician experience with majority EP saturation
Certifications: Indiana license and ARRT certification required
Skills:
- Radiation safety
- Experience with fluoroscopy equipment (Philips or GE procedure rooms)
- Hands-on scrub experience under physician supervision
- Sterile technique
- EP lab experience including device implants (pacemakers, ICDs) and ablations
- Working knowledge of CARTO and NAVX/Ensite mapping systems
Charting: Experience with Epic, Cupid, or MacLab electronic charting systems

Additional Information

Hospital scrubs provided
COVID-19 vaccine not required (subject to change)
