Travel Registered Nurse – CCU

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour variable shifts
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float: May float to similar units within skillset and to other locations within a 40-mile radius (pre-scheduled if needed)
• On Call/Call Back: Possible low census on-call; minimum 2-hour call back

Unit Information

• Patient ratio: 1:2
• Occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or ortho cases)
• Charting system: EPIC (no prior charting experience required)

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience (higher years of experience not indicated)
• Prior critical access or rural experience highly preferred
• Compliance with flu and COVID vaccination policy during flu season (mask required if declined)

Additional Notes

• Scrub color: any
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Clinical interview required
• Start date: ASAP
