We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Farmington Hills, MI.  Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.</li><li>Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.</li><li>Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.</li><li>Experience providing restorative or ADL-focused OT services preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to follow established treatment plans and document per facility policy.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.</li><li>Shift Name: Days.</li><li>Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.</li><li>Work Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).</li><li>Contract Duration: 13 weeks.</li><li>VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.</li></ul>
