Job Title

Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Location

Hartford, Connecticut

Employment Type

Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Work Schedule

Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Approximately 36 hours per week
Inpatient hold unit with patient acuity and nurse-to-patient ratios
Preference for ability to take Emergency Department (ED) patients as well

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut
Telemetry experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by American Heart Association or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Emergency Pediatric Life Support (EPLS)
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
