Surgical Technician role in Boise, Idaho
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 06:45 - 17:15, 4 days per week
On-call: 0-2 stay-late call shifts per week, plus 1-3 12-hour call shifts in a 6-week period; weekends and holidays only for the 12-hour call shifts

Terrible staffing ratios. Always short RN and extremely short CNA making RN staff responsible for both jobs
