Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves providing direct patient care within the scope of practice on a Telemetry Unit. The RN will also guide patient/family teaching and oversee activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care. The RN is accountable for assigned patients, communicates changes in clinical condition to physicians, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results, and responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Telemetry experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
