Overview
- Location: Joliet, Illinois

- Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
- On call required

- EPIC experience is a must
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Illinois
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- License/Certificate Verification
- Driver’s License
- Prime OIG
- Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test with THC included)
- Prime Color-blind test
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS
- Prime Resume
- Prime Reference #1
- Prime Reference #2
- COVID-19 vaccine: 2 doses and booster, or declination completed
- MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B: 3 immunizations, immune titer, or declination accepted
- Influenza Vaccine or declination required November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027
- TB Test within 1 year of start date
- Varicella vaccination/titer showing immunity
