Required Qualifications

• License: Valid RN license in Ohio; temporary licenses are not accepted.
• Experience: Stepdown experience with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
• Certifications: BLS issued by the American Heart Association, ACLS issued by the American Heart Association, NIHSS
• Education: Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Submission requirements: Driver's License/State ID; UHS Submission Packet; UHS Skills Checklist; UHS Prior Employment Form
• Employment verification: Must provide verification of employment within 5 years.
• Education verification: Highest level of education must be verified through a third-party vendor.
• Background check: UHS Criminal Background Check Results; UHS Ohio Fingerprints
• Health requirements: MMR; Varicella; Tdap; Hepatitis B; 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot); Fit Test; Physical/Health Statement; Influenza Vaccine; UHS Drug Screen
• Compliance/training: UHS I-9 Attestation; UHS Competency Exam; UHS Core Competencies; UHS Module Completion Certificate; UHS OIG Search; UHS SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC
