Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Stepdown experience within the last year.
- 1 year of stepdown experience.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
- NIHSS.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
Onboarding / Compliance
- Background check and exclusion checks are required before start.
- Ohio fingerprinting is required.
- Drug screen is required.
- I-9 attestation is required.
- Module completion is required before clearance.
- Badge photo is required.
- License/certification verification is required.
Health Requirements
- MMR immunity documentation.
- Varicella immunity documentation.
- Hepatitis B documentation.
- Tdap within the last 10 years.
- Fit test within 1 year of start.
- TB screening is required.
- Influenza vaccine proof is required during flu season; declination or medical accommodation options are described in the source.
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, not required.
