Location: Mountain View, California

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position requires floating to a secondary location in Santa Clara, CA.
- Shift: Tuesday through Saturday or Monday through Friday, 5/8s (variable shifts).
- Shift times: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with a day shift on Saturday as the fifth day.
- Every other weekend required.
- Possible days off include Sunday/Monday or Friday/Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (Mammography Tech)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in specialty.
- Prior travel experience preferred but not required.
- Certifications required:
- CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist)
- AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- RHM (Registered in Mammography)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must hold a valid California state license appropriate for Mammography Tech.
Background and Compliance Requirements
- 7-year background check required within 6 months of start, including alias and county searches.
- Annual updates required for EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and FACIS Level 3 screenings.
- Education verification required (highest level achieved).
- Sex offender search required within 90 days of start.
- Drug screening: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start (excluding marijuana/cannabinoids due to CA law).
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start.
- Fit mask test required within 1 year of start, renewed annually (with accommodations for religious exemptions or failed tests).
- Immunizations and health screenings required:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 90 days, renewed annually
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella immunity or vaccination
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Seasonal flu vaccination during flu season (Nov-April) or signed declination
- Respiratory safety clearance required prior to start, renewed annually.

- HIPAA acknowledgment
- Confidentiality agreements
- Code of conduct and vendor training (2024 and 2025 versions)
- TB screening questionnaire within 90 days of start, renewed annually
- Employment application must include full 7 years of work history with no gaps.
- Verification of up to 7 years of employment history required.
- Unit-specific skills checklist required, renewed annually.
- Two professional references required (clinical/allied/per diem acute care).
