Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: McPherson, Kansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Shift: 3 x 12-hour weekend shifts (7 PM - 7 AM, Friday through Sunday)
• Role: XR-CT Radiologic Technologist
• Must be proficient in CT; CT registration preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication with patients, providers, nurses, and ancillary services required
• Proficiency in XR, C-Arm, Portable XR, and CT imaging
• Experience with Siemens Portable and Siemens Go equipment preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Radiologic Technologist (specific to CT Tech role)
• Higher years of specialty experience not explicitly stated; assume minimum experience consistent with proficient CT technologist (typically 1-2 years)
• No explicit prior travel experience required
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required
  • Other certifications (PALS, NRP, TNCC) as applicable
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
• Proof of I9 or attestation, government-issued photo ID, and E-Verify compliance
• Physical exam and health documents including:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Immunizations or titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Drug screening (9 panel) within last 12 months
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
  • Seasonal flu vaccination documentation (required during flu season)
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Completion of skills checklist and competency exams as applicable

• Must carry photo identification during hours of service
• Orientation and safety manual acknowledgment required
• Compliance with facility onboarding and documentation processes
