Role Overview

• Travel/Contract RN position in Wichita Falls, Texas.
• Primarily supports Med Surg and must be agreeable to floating.
• 13-week contract.
• Night shift: 19:00–7:00.
• 36 hours per week with a 72-hour biweekly guarantee.
• Alternating 36/48-hour schedule required.
• Weekend work is required as needed, and may include most weekends.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be approved.
• RTO that spans all holidays will not be accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• State license verification within 30 days of start.
• NURSYS verification within 30 days of start.
• Background check.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start.
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start.
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam.
• Competency Exam.
• 2 references within 3 years of start.
• Resume/application.
• Skills checklist.
• Government-issued photo ID.
• E-Verify or attestation.
• Physical exam within 1 year of start.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Rubeola (Measles).
• Mumps.
• Rubella.
• Hepatitis B.
• Varicella.
• Drug testing.
• Flu vaccination/documentation for 2026–27 season.
• COVID vaccination documentation.

Preferred

• Travel experience.
• Epic experience.
