Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology

Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each, Monday to Friday with a rotating day off weekly (usually after a call shift).
Call requirements: 1 to 2 call shifts per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
Responsibilities include assisting physicians with interventional neuro, vascular, CT/US guided procedures.
Must be proficient in scrubbing as first assist, circulating, filming, and charging exams in EPIC.
Preferred experience with EPIC, Siemens single and Bi-plane equipment, and McKesson PACS.
Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted.

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Kentucky
Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
ARRT(R) certification
Skill in Vascular Interventional Radiology
Skill in neurointerventional procedures
Proficiency in scrubbing as first assist to physician
Proficiency in circulating
