Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- First-time travelers accepted
- Every other weekend required
- Travelers must work 2 of the 3 paired holidays
Unit / Assignment Details
- Primarily in L&D
- Home unit may be NICU, PICU, or Peds, and can be changed based on facility need
- May float to PICU, NICU, Peds, and IU Health North Hospital
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with PICU patients
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS
- Open to travelers whose experience is a level 1 adult facility
Certifications / Compliance
- NRP required for those placed in L&D, as determined by the client; traveler can obtain once offered
