Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New Jersey
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT or NMTCB
Copy of current Driver’s License or State ID
2 Professional References within 7 years of start
Unit-specific skills checklist
Unit-specific competency exam
Pharmacology exam
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
10-panel drug screen within 3 months of start, including marijuana
Current flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Background check within 3 months of start, including all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 3 months of start
HHS/OIG check within 3 months of start
