Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in California
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (Rad Fluoro Permit)
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with Cerner
Schedule / Call
- Call is required, approximately 10 calls per month
- Includes one primary call shift per week and one secondary call shift
- One weekend of call includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Proof of W-4 on file
- 7-year criminal background check
- HHS/OIG check
- Employment application

- Two satisfactory references
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
- Drug screening within 1 year of start
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
- Flu vaccination or flu declination required
- Vaccine attestation form required
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement required
- Standards of conduct acknowledgement required
- Client job description and validation of qualifications form required
- Learning modules must be completed before the deadline
- Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start
- Pyxis acknowledgment required
- Interview notes required for audit purposes
- NIH Stroke Certification is not required for techs
