Overview
- Travel/contract role in Redding, California
- School-based pediatric occupational therapy across multiple school sites
- In-person assignment
- New graduates are accepted
- Local candidates are accepted
- Preferred assignment length is the full school year, if possible
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour day shift
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Schedule planning
- Evaluation
- Treatment program design and implementation
- Travel between multiple school sites
Required Qualifications
- Valid School Services (Occupational Therapist) license in California
- Bachelor's degree
- Driver's License
Additional Requirements
- Final start date and requested time off must be confirmed in writing before profile submission
- 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
- Skills checklist
- Background check
- Fingerprinting
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire if TB is positive
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgment
- State license verification
- National certification/verification, as applicable
- Competency exam, as applicable
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance
- HHS/OIG clearance
