Description

American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a school-based assignment in the Redding, CA area, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Details

School-based occupational therapy assignment serving pediatric and school-aged clients
Position covers multiple school sites in Shasta and Trinity counties, based out of a Redding office
Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
40 hours per week
Responsibilities include schedule planning, evaluations, and treatment program design and implementation
Mileage and travel time reimbursed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
California Occupational Therapy license required, if applicable
Valid Driver's License required
BLS certification required
NBCOT certification preferred
New graduates accepted, no prior experience required
Experience with autism, cerebral palsy, early intervention, handwriting, sensory diet programs, and sensory integrative testing/treatment preferred
Acute care experience preferred

Additional Information

Work with pediatric and school-aged clients across multiple school sites
Position ideally covers the entire school year
Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
First-time travelers will be considered for this position
