Overview

• Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
• 13-week assignment
• 40 hours per week
• Variable shifts; mostly nights, with evenings and days also possible
• Must be flexible with slight shift adjustments
• Must float as required to Daly City location

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Work Conditions

• CT and X-ray position
• Uses GE equipment

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form before start
• Background check within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening annually
• HHS/OIG screening annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire annually if there is a positive TB history
• Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Measles, mumps, and rubella documentation
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination or exemption during flu season
• COVID vaccination or exemption
• 2 professional references within 3 years of start
