Pediatric CVOR RN

Overview

  • Travel/contract role
  • Location: Orange, California
  • Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Start dates: 8/10 or 8/31

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • CVOR (2 years of experience)
  • CVOR experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Pediatric CVOR experience

Schedule / Assignment Details

  • First-time travelers are not accepted
  • Call is required, including 1–2 weekends per month
  • Floating may be required to the main OR
  • Care includes congenital heart and other cardiac surgeries
  • The role also includes general OR patients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pediatric CVOR experience

Additional Notes

  • Pediatric competency expectations apply
  • Pre-start onboarding, health screening, and facility paperwork are required before assignment start
