Registered Nurse - ICU (Travel/Contract)

Location: Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 18:45 - 07:15 (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Patient Acuity: Lower acuity ICU with typical patient ratio of 2-4; some patients MedSurg, Telemetry, Stepdown
Unit Details:

6 beds
May float to MedSurg
Weekend shifts every other weekend

Job Description

Upon assignment acceptance, you may be assigned to an Emergency Team during events requiring you to stay onsite or be part of relief efforts.
This role is suitable for first-time travel nurses.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi.
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Certifications required before start:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
