Role

• Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN), days
• 13-week temp assignment in Marion, Iowa
• Unit has 34 beds with a 4:1 ratio
• Float scope includes Marion ED (freestanding campus) and between St. Luke's and Marion freestanding ED

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic
• Driver's License
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• TNCC

Preferred

• Professional reference/reference check from within the last 24 months
• CPI, MOAB, MAB, or SAMA de-escalation certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate can be obtained during onboarding

Additional Details

• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed
• Scrub colors: Black, Navy Blue, Caribbean Blue, or solids
