Location

  • Brattleboro, Vermont

Schedule

  • Nights
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Start date: 9/14
  • 13-week assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in Vermont
  • LPN / LVN (5 years of experience)
  • LPN / LVN experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience working with Pediatric patients
  • Experience in an Inpatient setting
  • Experience in Charge roles
  • Driver's License
  • Recent child psych experience within the last 3 months
  • Behavioral Health experience

Required Documents

  • Resume
  • Psych skills checklist from within the last year
  • 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
  • Driver’s license or candidate address in submission packet

Unit / Patient Population

  • Children’s unit
  • Co-occurring disorders inpatient treatment program
  • Psychiatric and substance use recovery population

Additional Notes

  • CPI training is offered onsite
  • RTO is not approved during the first 2 weeks of orientation and cannot exceed 7 days
  • Locals are accepted
  • Housing options are limited in the area
