Required Qualifications

Valid LPN / LVN license in Vermont
LPN / LVN (5 years of experience)
LPN / LVN experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience in an Inpatient setting
Experience in Charge roles
Driver's License
Recent child psych experience within the last 3 months
Behavioral Health experience

Psych skills checklist from within the last year
2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment
Driver’s license or candidate address in submission packet

Children’s unit
Co-occurring disorders inpatient treatment program
Psychiatric and substance use recovery population

Additional Notes

CPI training is offered onsite
RTO is not approved during the first 2 weeks of orientation and cannot exceed 7 days
Locals are accepted
