Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)

Job Summary

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment. Perform clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray imaging and transmit results to Radiologists. Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to Cardiologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process portable X-Rays and submit images for interpretation.
• Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment into facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Perform EKGs as required and transmit results for interpretation.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, peers, supervisory staff, and clients professionally.
• Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment in good working order.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT Certification.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing 50-100 lbs multiple times daily, with use of ramps and pulleys to reduce strain.
