Specializes in treatment and recovery for patients with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
Stroke Specialty Program recognized as a Center of Excellence
CARF-accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Specialty Programs

Nursing degree (LVN, ADN, BSN+)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Texas (multistate or TX licensure accepted)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse in the specialty (higher experience requirement applied)
