Travel RN Opportunity – Postpartum Unit

Location: Sylva, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Postpartum RN
Unit: Mother Baby Unit (3rd Floor)
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: 7:00 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Varies
Call Requirements: None
Patient Population: Adult and neonate
Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 3-4 couplets
EHR System: Paragon

Requirements

Licensure: Registered Nurse License (RN)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Postpartum)
Skills:
- Must have experience attending deliveries
- Preferred skills include newborn and postpartum adult assessment
Personality Fit: Organized, hard worker, helpful, kind

Additional Information

Float Requirements: None
Dress Code: Any scrub color acceptable
Screening: Complete and clear screenings required prior to start
Orientation: Offered twice monthly
Travel Requirement: Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel
