Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Details

• Specialty: Physical Therapy (Outpatient)
• Shift: Days (Flexible schedule: 4x10’s or 5x8’s, must be able to work until 6 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: None
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patient Ratios: One patient per hour, no double booking
• EHR System: Meditech

Unit Information

• Outpatient Therapy Clinic with a large team (6-7 PTs, 4 OTs, 1 SLP)
• Common diagnoses/treatments include orthopedic cases (back pain, generalized weakness) and some higher-level neurological cases
• Preferred experience in orthopedics
• Professional personality fit required
• Dress code: Scrubs of any color; casual or other facility-branded attire is not acceptable

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
• Experience in an outpatient setting

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
• No float or weekend requirements
