LPN/LVN - Rehab (Travel Position)
Location: Billings, Montana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)

Job Description
- Work in a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on recovery from severe injury or illness.
- Provide customized, intense rehabilitation care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Patient population primarily adults aged 16 years and older.
- Patient ratio approximately 1:7.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Montana.
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Environment & Additional Details
- Department: Chronic Care Unit.
- Scrub color: Eggplant for RN/LPN.
- Report time on first day: 6:45 AM; check in with Charge Nurse.
- Parking available anywhere in the lot except visitor spaces.
- No float or call requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
