Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) within an acute care hospital
27 beds
Patient population: adults and older adults
Nursing patient ratio: 1:5
Common diagnoses treated: CVA (stroke), SCI (spinal cord injury), TBI (traumatic brain injury), neurodegenerative diseases, polytrauma, amputation, cardiac, general medical, orthopedic
Equipment available: overhead lifts in patient rooms, portable Hoyer lift, Sera Stedy, biodex balance system, Wii, pressure mapping, trial AFOs, trial wheelchairs
Electronic Health Record system: Epic/CareConnect

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, including experience within the last year
