Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ventilator competency
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ICU or PACU
- Drip titration
- Neurosurgery
Typical Procedures
- Set up PCA pump
- Drip titration
- Arterial line blood draw
Schedule
- Day shift waterfall schedule with 9, 10, and 12 hour shifts
- On call after 9:30p on nights
- Weekday call from 9:30p to 8:00am
- Weekend call from 7a to 7a
- 36 hours per week

- 2:1 patient ratio
- 1:1 unstable ICU
- 1:1 peds
- Ventilators, Phillips and GE monitors, Sigma spectrum pumps
