LPNs may be utilized for RN needs during primary shifts
No on-call or call back available or billable beyond scheduled on-call shifts
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days' notice will incur a $500 fee
Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using provided housing (note: pay details excluded)
No charge differential at specified facilities
