Clinical Staff/Ambulatory Pharmacist

Location: State College, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Specialty: Pharmacy

Position Summary

Provide comprehensive patient care through inpatient pharmacy functions such as order entry/verification, medication checking/dispensing.
May rotate into ambulatory roles including anticoagulation clinic services, oncology, or others as assigned.
Support a variety of patient populations, from geriatrics to pediatrics.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience within the last year.
Experience in an inpatient setting required.

License/Certification

Valid Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania required.

Supervision

Receives minimal supervision from Pharmacy Manager and Supervisors.
No supervisory responsibilities indicated.
