Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy

Location: Newport, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (07:30 AM - 06:00 PM), no weekends
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Provide rehabilitation therapy to patients with injuries or conditions causing decreased physical mobility or functional independence.
Specialized services include orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment through movement.
Focus on helping patients return to function and community activities.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.

Additional Information

Interview scheduling requires providing availability and preferred contact method.
