Central Sterile Supply Technician

Location: York, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each; start times will vary
On-Call: Occasional calls required

Job Description

Process and sterilize all operating room (OR) and departmental instrumentation
Clean and test all sterilizers daily
Create pre-packaged instrument sets for specific procedures
Set up case carts for OR cases

Required Qualifications

Graduation from high school or an equivalent educational qualification
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician, with experience within the last year

Additional Information

Accurate completion of timecards is mandatory for processing
