CT Scan Technologist

Overview

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Hours: 40 per week

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in New Jersey
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a radiologic technologist program

Experience and Skills

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and radiological positioning of the human body
Understanding of mechanical attributes of CT software and hardware
Thorough knowledge of PACS
Six months of CT experience preferred

Additional Requirements

Must maintain CEU credits
Must obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire
Must obtain BLS certification within 3 months of hire

Work Expectations

Scheduled shifts include holidays and weekends
Overtime as needed
On-call assignments as needed
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, push and pull at least 50 lbs, and stand at least 6 hours per day
